To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How do I place an order?

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

When you order your goods from a US website, the Merchant will normally take 2-3 days to deliver it to your Borderline Suite address.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive your order submission, we have to authenticate your payment. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. When we are happy that the payment has reflected, you will receive an email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We provide you with an invoice by default in the confirmation email that is sent shortly after your order have been paid.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

If the account is with the same banking institution, the payment can appear within minutes online. If you’re using a separate bank or account, it could take up to three to five business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Can I change or cancel my order?

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by email info@mariinternational.org or by using the cancellation form on the website or call +880 162000 4110 within a period of 7 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods.

What is "package tracking" in my orders?

Delivery Confirmation emails can be configured to automatically notify you and you can find your Order ID there and you can check order status from our website Order Tracking section.
