Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However, please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colours and that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we are aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

How will you ship my order?

All orders will be shipped via Domestic Shipping Agent to your destination. Delivery times may vary based on destination and access to the delivery site.

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier to get you the package on time. For up-to-date information on tracking your package, please reference the Shipping Confirmation email sent to your inbox associated with the order tracker.

How long does we take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days. If an item requires personalization, production time could take longer, depending on the item. You can check the “Track Your Order” link on each item by entering the Order ID & Email to verify delivery times.

Where can I view my order receipt?

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months.
